Don Caple — Board Member & Co-Founder
Don and Mike have been close friends for more than 30 years, beginning their careers together in the construction trade long before launching the company. Don’s leadership shaped the organization from its earliest days, guiding it through decades of growth and establishing its reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity. As co‑founder, he set the operational standards, built enduring client relationships, and defined the cultural foundation that continues to drive the company today.
Don served as the company’s primary leader until 2025, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and steering strategic direction during its formative and expansion years. In 2025, he transitioned out of daily management and into his current role as Board Member and active owner. He now focuses on long‑range planning, market insights, and major growth initiatives.

Justin Morgan — Chief Financial Officer
Justin provides executive leadership for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Legal & Compliance for the company. He partners with operations and executive leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen internal controls, improve forecasting, and support the company’s strategic growth.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across construction, manufacturing, technology, and private equity-backed organizations, Justin is recognized for building scalable financial systems, improving operational performance, and delivering data-driven business insights. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Finance, as well as a CPA, CMA, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Kevin Quan — Director of Business Development
Kevin leads all business development efforts across the company, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, market expansion, client engagement, and brand positioning throughout the East Coast. With over 20 years of experience in construction industry sales and marketing, Kevin blends practical field understanding with exceptional relationship‑building skills and strategic insight, helping the company grow with purpose and direction.

With 40 years of project management experience and 23 years at the company, Pat brings unmatched expertise in concrete restoration, structural repair, and specialty construction estimating. His detail-driven, analytical approach ensures accuracy, competitiveness, and delivery of high-quality estimates.
Pat works closely with operations leadership, project managers, and executive leadership to support strategic growth across Maryland. His ability to evaluate complex scopes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, provide value-added repair solutions, and collaborate with clients, engineers and property managers makes him a key contributor to the company’s continued expansion. Pat also plays an important role in integrating best‑practice estimating systems and processes for our strategic growth.
